The owners of this amazing view property in the Foothills of Santa Rosa knew exactly what they wanted to build to take full advantage of the site. This Eco-Steel structure, designed by 8th Wave architecture, delivers expansive walls of glass and large retracting doors. Leveraging the unique properties of steel beams, the butterfly roof allowed us to take advantage of towering views to the North and South on the lot. The polished concrete floors with radiant heat add a luxurious, modern and slightly industrial feel to the home.
